I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from an incredibly helpful gentleman, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. Not only did he inform me of a discount that I was able to take advantage of by following online instructions, but he also went above and beyond by assisting me with replacing the battery for my car. The process required the removal of several panels, which he completed with precision and care, making sure to return everything to its original position upon completion. I am extremely grateful for his exceptional service

I LOVE this store! Great service and attention to finding the right solution for their customers. I recently saw a review from a guy that was upset about being required to wear a mask to come in. GET OVER IT! If you don't want to wear a mask, stay out of stores. Respect the request of retailers to protect their customers. HIGH FIVE to the employee that asked this person to mask up. Masking up is working. Our numbers are going down.

Please be advised the sales lady helped me load two batteries to my vehicle with her work cart. I was impressed, try getting that level of service at Walmart or AutoZone. Thanks again, I will return later and continue recommending your stores.

Ordered online for in store pickup. The order was pulled quickly. I went to pick it up the next morning but the store was closed. So I went back the next day, only one item of the four was pulled. The store only had two of the items on hand. So had to get a refund for my complete order. So much for being Covid-19 safe because you may spend too much time there like I did because they can't track their inventory and they say orders are complete when they are not.

Either English isn't the strong suit of the employee I just dealt with, or they're happy to tell you lies over the phone to get you in the store (that's being gracious because there is a third possibility). I called ahead to ask a question and got confirmation. I then came into the store explaining that I was the person who just called and the attendant went to go get the batteries I had called about. She then ring them up and then it became clear I have been misled about the deal I came in for.
